Ramtek Fort Temple

Ramtek gad Mandir is located in Ramtek, Nagpur. Ramtek temple is one of the oldest shri ram temple in Nagpur. It is away from the city crowd, this is situated inside a fort on a hilltop and enriched with mythological history. This is Lord Rama temple and quiet popular for monkeys. It is believed as the rest for Lord Rama while he was sent on exile. This Ramtek mandir is known by many other names such as Ram mandir, Ram dham. It is believed to be 600 years old and dedicated to lord Rama with Sita and Lakshmana.

During the auspicious occasion of Ramnavami, the temple is a main attraction for devotees and tourists for celebrations and religious activities. There are more other 27 Brahmanical styles temples found on the hill.

It is believed that if any vows are taken here, it is surely fulfilled by Lord Ramas blessings.
